Terms of Use — SiteProwl

These terms govern your use of SiteProwl ("the app"), published by HelpFully IT ("we", "us"). By downloading or using SiteProwl, you agree to them. Mac App Store purchases are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use SiteProwl on Apple devices you own or control, for as long as your subscription is active, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services / App Store terms and Licensed Application EULA.

2. Subscription, trial and billing

SiteProwl Pro is an auto-renewable annual subscription at £99.99/year (or the local-currency equivalent set by Apple).
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you're charged.
Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Prices may change; we'll give notice as required and Apple will handle any confirmation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use SiteProwl lawfully and responsibly. In particular:

Only crawl or audit websites you own or are authorised to analyse.
Respect target sites' terms, robots.txt, and applicable laws; don't use SiteProwl to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any system.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or the Apple EULA.

4. Third-party services

SiteProwl can interact with third-party services (e.g. Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Search Console, Google Analytics) using your own credentials. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and you're responsible for having the right to use them.

5. Your data

SiteProwl stores your crawl data and settings on your device. You're responsible for that data and for backing it up. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer

SiteProwl is provided "as is". SEO metrics, speed scores, and audit results are estimates and diagnostic aids — they may vary and are not guarantees of search rankings, traffic, or performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpFully IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or loss of data, profits, or rankings, arising from your use of SiteProwl. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Termination

These terms apply while you use the app. Your licence ends if your subscription ends or if you materially breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
